The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Roger Hinrichs.  Those in attendance were Roger Hinrichs and Jeff Lade, Supervisors, Patsy Tucker, Treasurer, Deb Christian, Clerk and Dwight Anderson, Hwy. Mtc.  Absent, Jim Melin, Chair.  Minutes of the December 8, 2011 meeting were read, L/H carried.  The Treas. report was reviewed,$526,358.39 total assets in all accounts., H/L carried.  Res. Issues:  Chris Green has been hired as recycle attendant.  He started in December due to Larry Tucker being unable to finish due to illness.  Hwy. Mtc. report:  The board met on Dec.13 to review the job applications received for the part time...
