The Town of Trade Lake

Roger Hinrichs called the meeting to order. There were 4 present. Due to furnace issues and the Town Hall not having heat the meeting was moved to the Town Shop. Notice was posted on the door of the Town Hall. The minutes of the January 14, 2010 meeting were read and approved. The Treasurers Report was reviewed and approved. We have a total of $886,347.46 assets in all accounts. Resident Issues: The Board agreed to investigate the issue of the State turning the Assessing over to the County level. They will discuss this further at the March meeting. There was discussion concerning the County Zoning Committees rezone of the former Whispering Pines Property. The Clerk will send a letter to Jim Flanigan stating that the Town does not intend to revisit this issue and accepts the Zoning Committees proposed rezone. The Board approved the payment of bills in the amount of $56,395.64. The next meeting will be March 11, 2010 at 6:00 PM.
